Should I repair or replace my AC?

What should I do if my AC stops working?
Check that the thermostat is set to cool and below room temperature, replace a dirty filter, and check the breaker once. If the breaker trips again, there is ice on the lines, water is leaking or you smell burning, turn the system off and call us.
How often should my AC be serviced in Miami?
